      INSTRUCTIONS:
      IF EYEWASH IS NOT FITTING PROPERLY TO THE FAUCET:

      1. Try using each of the three adapters included with the unit.
        • 15/16" - 27 thread size adapter fits most Delta and American Standard faucets.
        • 3/8" IPS adapter fits most Water Saver faucets.
        • 13/16" - 27" thread size adapter fits most Kohler and other faucets.
      2. If not, recommend the H-5100-FADPT female adapter part.  Fits most Chicago brand faucets.
