I called the Ballard store, and spoke to one of the associates, who said they had a fixture in the store. She described it to me in great detail, and after my many questions, I purchased it sight unseen. I received the fixture, and discovered a part was missing, I contacted Ballard Customer Service, and they promptly sent another chandelier to me to obtain the right part. No argument, no issue - just very courteous and helpful. When I finally got the chandelier completely installed, it was breath-taking! More that what I expected, and exceeding my expectations all around, from the initial consultation to the final installation.
